Our Approach:

Boutique oil & gas investments are our bread and butter.

Our projects are intentionally structured to combine immediate cash flow with long-term upside, using private investor capital deployed across two complementary components:

Part A – Producing Assets (Cash Flow)
Capital is allocated to already-producing wells, designed to generate monthly distributions—often referred to as “mailbox money.”
This component allows investors to begin receiving cash flow from the outset of the investment, rather than waiting on future development.

Part B – New Drilling & Development (Tax Efficiency + Upside)
Capital is also deployed into new drilling or development activity, where investors may benefit from:
Up to 80% first-year tax deductions through Intangible Drilling Costs (IDCs)

The remaining portion offset over time through the depletion allowance. Together, this structure balances current income, tax efficiency, and growth potential.

Our Track Record

We publish the production of every well, every month.
Including the months a well is shut in, down for a workover, or has been plugged. The record is only worth reading if it shows both.

Wells reported: ten, across six boutique projects — Liberty, Silverado, Shamrock, Bluebonnet, Saints and Monarch.

Period published: monthly production from March 2025 through July 2026, taken from each operator’s own reports.
